I’ve always been someone who thrives on big ideas, bold moves, and making things happen. Whether it’s optimizing operations, building high-performing teams, or transforming businesses, I bring a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and a get it done mentality.

My career has been a blend of business leadership, operations, and human resources, all while staying deeply connected to the fitness industry as an instructor and Director of Operations, overseeing multiple studios with a focus on growth and efficiency. Over the years, I’ve worked with startups and scaling businesses, and one thing has become clear. So many incredible leaders and founders build businesses out of passion but struggle with the realities of running them.

I’m originally from the Buffalo, NY area, which means I have a deep love for the Buffalo Bills and a serious appreciation for resilience and grit. Movement has always been a part of my life, whether it’s figure skating, wake surfing, skiing, or anything that gets me outside and pushing my limits. I live for adventure, travel, and experiencing new places, and I bring that same passion for exploration into my work, always looking for new ways to grow, improve, and challenge the status quo.
